That's odd, the log shows that Web Protection is working.

Please let us know how it goes and if the beta resolves the issue or not. Of course whether or not you choose to enable it is entirely up to you, I'm simply suggesting that it would be a good idea. In addition to that, I also noticed that your logs show that User Account Control is disabled on your system, and while it isn't necessarily a requirement, I would advise turning UAC on just for the sake of security and also because Malwarebytes, like the vast majority of modern software, was designed to be fully UAC compatible and compliant. To do so, open Malwarebytes and navigate to Settings> Application and under Beta Application Updates toggle the setting to On then return to the top of the Application tab and click on the Install Application Updates button and it should offer to download and install a new build allow it to do so and once the installation is completed, restart your system and check to see if Web Protection is now working properly. A new beta build of Malwarebytes is available which includes several enhancements and fixes, including several that address issues with Web Protection so I would advise installing the beta to see if it resolves the issue.
